Looking to Exchange?

Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with its’ Size or Quality, please contact our customer service: salehoneylives@hotmail.com 

Note:

✔     Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

✔    If you received an incorrect or defective item, and we'll exchange your item(s) for free.

✔   If the items are correct without defective, exchange shipping postage will be charged by the customer. 

 

30 Days to Refund?

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it. please contact our customer service: service@honeylives.com

✔  Refund arrival time:

 For the credit card refunds, it takes 3-7 business days for the transaction to be processed.

 For the PayPal refunds or other payment methods, it takes up to 2-3 business days for the transaction to be processed.
